What did you think of the video clip? What are you thoughts about performance and vanity enhancing substances?

That clip will make anyone think twice about using "the juice"! I don't need them because I am naturally HUGE!!!!!!!

Very interesting video. I have heard of that Valentino guy. It seems like the use of steroids is common amongst those who have an obsession with getting quicker, faster, better results in a very short time span (whether it be body builders, atheletes, etc.). I find it as no surprise that major organizations such as MLB and whatever organization is responsible for the competitions such as Mr. Olympia looked the other way when steroid use became apparent. This kind of stuff sells to the audience (homeruns fill seats, and massive body builders draw huge crowds)

As an ardent music fan I must first comment on the soundtrack of steroid use. I've listened to AC/DC since I was twelve and I was shocked that the film makers cut "Hells Bells" short using a rough edit of the song. The use of "Life In The Fast Lane" by the Eagles was good choice also, but not at the expense of finishing "Hells Bells" in its entirety.

After watching the video I did disagree with the images at the beginning of the video since there was no real proof that those individuals used steroids. Yes they were huge, but a picture is not proof.

The individual who admitted steroid use and illustrated the devastating effects after his emergency operation is a different story. I guess I have to quote LaDainian Tomlinson quoting an old saying that says, "If you're not cheating you're not trying hard enough" when he commented on the Patriots illegal camera shenanigans. Of course don't ask him about Shawne Merriman who was banned for illegal use of steroids last season.

I guess the bottom line is that some people will do whatever it takes to be on top earning big dollars even if towards the end of their lives they may find themselves on the bottom of the health ladder.
